Miquel Àngel Parera Salvà

Miquel Àngel Parera is a manager – producer – artistic director with experience in the arts at international level who had executive responsibilities in Austria, Spain, Germany and Switzerland.

His career in Management begun at the Lux Festspiele, Germany, where he was the Festival director for five years. After that he went to the Spanish Embassy in Vienna, the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester, the Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife and the Swiss Orchestra, to mention a few of them as Orchestra Manager or Orchestra CEO.

During the past years he has worked with some of the most prominent conductors and soloists such as Herbert Blomstedt, Frank Peter Zimmermann, Michael Barenboim, François Leleux, Alina Pogostkina, Pablo Ferrandez and many others.

He has been invited as speaker at the FiraB, Festival ClasClas, Cursos Manuel de Falla (Festival de Granada) and MusicalMe. He was board member of the AEOS during his time at the Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife.

Based in Vienna he is founder of Parera Management.
